Sonitrol of the Carolinas headquarters is located in Charlotte, NC, where we manage and operate thousands of alarm systems throughout the Carolinas. This office is also home to our marketing, accounting, corporate arms, and our sales and service departments for the Charlotte area. We also operate sales and service departments in Greenville, SC. 

Sonitrol Security's mission is to provide our customers with the latest and most comprehensive security products and services supported by trained and certified associates. Our fifty-two associates offer Sales, Service, Installation, and Programming services under the Sonitrol banner. We are members of the Professional Security Associates, NBFAA (both national and local chapter), and the Chamber of Commerce in Charlotte, Union, Spartanburg, and Greenville SC.
