TWO HAPPY SONITROL CUSTOMERS SHARE APPRECIATION
Congratulations to Sonitrol of Western Canada who has recently received two “Thank You” letters from satified customers who they helped to secure With verified alarms. The first is from Fraser Valley Wireless who were utilizing a Sonitrol audio VERIFICATION intrusion system. Michael Calisto, Director of Operations at Fraser Valley Wireless, stated, “Your verified audio system detected these thieves at 3:53 AM on November 12th as they began to work on our doors with power tools and a crowbar – and were apprehended only moments later – BEFORE they had even gained entry to the store! REMARKABLE!!” Mr. Calisto continued by saying, “Sonitrol’s verified audio is valuable as it hears the whole facility – detecting these break-ins as the thieves are still attempting to gain entry to the facility. Thank you to the Kalowna RCMP, the 911 operators and your Sonitrol central station monitoring staff for their outstanding work!”
The second letter was received by Aquiform Distributors LTD, who were utilizing a SonaVision video verification system. Franco Rasera, Owner of Aquiform Distributors, stated, “We are thrilled to be writing a letter to thank the Surrey RCMP, their 911 operators and your Sonitrol monitoring staff for their great work in arresting the thief who broke into our compound at 1:00 AM this morning!” Mr. Rasera contined by saying,“We installed your VERIFIED Sonavision Live Monitoring Video in 2013 and have slept soundly every since. The capture last night just reinforces our confidence in not only your technology, but also the professionalism of your front line staff.”
