Two of SONITROL’s leaders have been highlighted in the Security Industry Association’s Women in Security Forum Power 100, in recognition of their outstanding accomplishments in the industry.
SONITROL Corporate Vice President, Julie Beach, and President & CEO at Kimberlite Corporation-SONITROL franchise, Joey Rao-Russell, were included on the list which was announced on International Women’s Day 2024.
The list highlights the contribution of leading women in the security industry and each of the Power 100 honorees was recognized at the SIA Women in Security Forum keynote event at ISC West 2024 on April 12.
Julie Beach commented: “It’s an honor to be included in this list along with so many impressive women who are each doing amazing work in the security industry. I am incredibly proud to be recognized among my peers.

The Power 100 is compiled by the SIA and nominates 100 women in the industry each year whose accomplishments are breaking barriers, redefining leadership, and showcasing the contribution of women to the industry.
Joey Rao-Russell has worked with the SONITROL business for more than 20 years. She added: “SONITROL has provided me with amazing opportunities over the last two decades and supported my career development. I have been blessed to work for Kimberlite whose first president was a woman. It’s been a great business to work for and I am honored to be recognized for my work within the industry. This is an amazing group of women to be included with.”
