Sonitrol Announces New Chief Financial Officer
Seasoned Financial Executive Harold Earley Joins Company
(February 20, 2007) - Sonitrol
Corporation, the leader in verified electronic security, today
announced the appointment of Harold Earley to the position of Chief
Financial Officer. Earley brings over 20 years of diversified financial
experience to bear on the organization, with a strong understanding of
GAAP, internal controls and business processes.
“Harold has extensive experience in banking, capital markets and
with M&A transactions, and is ideally suited for the role of CFO
during this exciting time for Sonitrol,” said Sonitrol Chairman and CEO

steady execution of the business plan put in place by our ownership

Prior to joining Sonitrol, Earley was the CFO of Celetronix
International, Ltd., a $300,000 million international provider of
electronic manufacturing services with over 7,000 employees based in
Simi Valley, CA. Before that, Earley was Senior Vice President of
Finance at Amkor Technology, Inc., a $2.5 billion provider of
semiconductor packaging, test and wafer fabrication, with operations in
the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Earley replaces Tom Breslin who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
