Sonitrol Announces Purchase of Long Island Dealership

America, has purchased a Long Island, New York Sonitrol Security
franchise from Asgard Industries, Inc. Kevin Dowd, Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of Sonitrol, made the purchase announcement.
Sonitrol of Long Island, having a solid customer base, provides
security services to two primary counties, Nassau and Suffolk. It
borders existing Sonitrol branch locations in Northern New Jersey,
Metro New York, and Connecticut. Account monitoring will be seamlessly
transitioned to Baltimore, Maryland with attention focused on the
continued quality service to our new Sonitrol customers.
Sonitrol's General Manager of Metro New York Mike Marzarella will
oversee the sales and operations for this region. This expands our New
York presence beyond Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island and
confirms our commitment to be the verified leader in electronic
security in Metro New York and Long Island, said Marzarella.
These additional Long Island counties are a terrific addition to our
direct selling operation. It is contiguous to our existing footprint on
